YY(Q)W Series Oil Fired Thermal Oil Boiler is to use low pressure high temperature hot oil as heat source more safety than steam boiler, also it's convenient and precise for temperature control.Hot oil as heat source saving water, also no need install water treatment equipment.Avoiding the terrible of high quality water of steam boiler.
1. Gas Fired Thermal Oil Heater Introduction:
The thermal oil is heated on the pipe. By using the circulating pump to force the liquid circulating, transport the heat to the users. After heat consumption, the hot oil returns back to the heater.
Main Features:
Highly automatic: prompt start and stop, high reliability.
High thermal efficiency: complete burning, stable output, better adaptability to variable load.
Easy installation: All heaters are assembly structure which is easy for installation by just connecting devices with pipes.
Easy operation: Fully automatic computer control, DSC and remote control makes boiler operation easier and simpler. Controller with imitation screen display controls the functions of auto igniting, burning, circulation pumps control, alarm, etc.
Security: The thermal oil could obtain a high temperature in the lower operating pressure, the highest temperature up to 320°C. The actual operating pressure is atmospheric pressure, the maximum working pressure is 0.8MPa, and design pressure is 1.1Mpa.
Cost saving: With the characteristics of high temperature and low pressure, it could reduce the pressure rating of the equipment, and could reduce the investment costs of the equipment.
Energy saving: It make use of the closed-circuit forced circulation to provide heat, which couldn't come into contact with the atmosphere, which prolongs the service life.
Meet customer's customized requirement: different designs are available according to customers' specific requirement
