Specifically, the working process of biomass steam boiler includes the following steps:
Feeding system: the biomass fuel is transported from the storage silo to the combustion chamber of the boiler. This is usually done by equipment such as feeders, conveyor belts and feeding machinery.
Combustion system: the biomass fuel is burned in the combustion chamber of the boiler to release heat energy. During this process, volatile analyzes from the fuel are analyzed, the flame burns downward, and the high temperature flue gases enter the heated surfaces of the boiler for heat exchange.
Heat exchange system: The high-temperature flue gases from combustion are exchanged with water through the boiler tubes, causing the temperature of the water to rise and eventually vaporize into steam.
Steam or hot water system: The water after heat exchange is converted into steam or hot water, which is used to supply heat energy or drive power generation equipment such as turbines.
Flue gas treatment system: The flue gas produced by combustion is treated by a dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere to minimize the impact on the environment.
